Wood Designs came to Mindstorm seeking to rebrand their company with a focus on a product line that was re-engineered to be environmentally friendly and safety-conscious to contribute to healthier classrooms. Previous marketing materials featured childlike artwork, primary colors, and alphabet blocks. Drawing inspiration from a “greener” positioning, we developed a new look and feel that featured green as the basis of the color palette. The creative also incorporated images from nature and evolved the logo from alphabet blocks to a more abstract icon with a “crayon-created” feel. This look and feel was subsequently used across all marketing materials from website to direct mail as well as trade show displays.
